Preliminary Special Events Schedule

QUINCY, ILL (December 15) -
Quincy Raceways announced today that several special events have been
put on the 2011 race schedule. The events will have some very familiar
faces and one that returns after a several year hiatus.
December 6, 2010 - We have decided to follow IMCA on
the carburetor rule for the crate motor option for our hobby stocks.
We are not going to allow any 4 barrel carb. The rule now is, must use
any GM Rochester carburetor and a 1 inch spacer, holes must go
straight through spacer.

Raceways announces new two track points fund for the IMCA Late Model
Division for 2011
QUINCY, IL (December 06, 2010) -
Jeff and Amy Laue from
Burlington, Iowa’s 34 Raceways and Tony Rhinberger and Paul Holtschlag
from Quincy Raceways have announced a new two track point fund for the
IMCA Late Model division for the 2011 race season.
There will be a Quincy
Raceways Late Model Drivers and Car Owners meeting at 5:00pm on Sunday
November 28 at Kutter’s Bar and Grill in Quincy. This meeting is for
Quincy Raceways Late Model Drivers and Car Owners only, please no
wife’s, girlfriends, crew members, family members or fans. The
meetings we have had so far have been very productive and very
civilized and to the point, we would like that trend to continue.
Thanks for your consideration, Quincy Raceways ownership and
management.
The 2010
season ending banquet for Quincy Raceways will be held on Saturday
January 22, 2011 at the KC Hall. Doors will open at 6, Food at 7
Awards at 8 and Music following. Ticket information will be announced
soon.

Raceways Track Undergoing Reshaping
QUINCY, IL (October 31) -
Quincy Raceways co-owners Paul
Holtschlag and Tony Rhinberger has been working hard over the last few
weeks to reshape the “Broadway Bullring” into a race track that will
be know again for it’s two and three wide racing surface.
Fan Favorite Announcer Doug Mealy Returns to Microphone
at Quincy Raceways
QUINCY, IL (October 31, 2010) - Better known as “Pretty Doug” Doug
Mealy will return to the announcing duties at Quincy Raceways for the
2011 season. Mealy spent most of the 2010 season working the Chief
Steward position but will return to the microphone with is deep
baritone voice and sharp wit. Mealy, a former late model driver who
has been around the areas race track for most of his life has a great
sense of humor and entertains the fans like few announcers can.
Quincy Raceways Announces New Payoff Structure
Quincy, IL (October 31) - Quincy Raceways is announcing new payoff’s
schedules for 2111 for the UMP Modifieds, Hobby Stocks and the 4
Cylinder Wild Things. The IMCA Late Model Payoff will remain the same
as the past year.

(September 27) - Quincy
Raceways will be racing on Sunday October 3, 2010 with the Selby
Implement Company & Noxin Trucking Night at the races featuring the
ILMO Lightning Mini Sprint State Championship as well as the Budweiser
Late Model Shootout.
Mother Nature Wins at Quincy Again for Sunday September
26, 2010
Mother Nature makes it 3 for 3 during the extended season at Quincy
Raceways. Just too much rain, too little sun and not enough warmth has
forced Quincy to cancel the events scheduled for Sunday September 26.
Watch for more information on the Illinois/Missouri State
Championships for the Lightning Sprints event scheduled for Sunday
October 3. The plan at this point is to race on Sunday October 3 with
a revised schedule of support classes. A formal announcement should be
made available later in the day on Sunday September 26.

Presents Selby Implement Company & Noxin Trucking Night at the Races
QUINCY, IL (September 19) -
Quincy Raceways will be racing on Sunday September 26 with the Selby
Implement Company & Noxin Trucking Night at the races featuring the
Budweiser Late Model
Shootout paying $1000 to Win for 15 or more cars entered and $700 to
Win for 14 or less cars entered.
Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders Event at Quincy
Raceways Will not be Rescheduled.
QUINCY, IL (September 19) -
The Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders event scheduled for Sunday, Sept.
19 will not be rescheduled. The SIA has decided in consultation with
their drivers that they do no want to sanction any more events for the
2010 season as their scheduled Season Championship ending night is on
tap for Saturday September 25 at Lee County Speedway. Quincy Raceways
regrets to have to make this announcement as every effort was made to
reschedule this event.
Quincy Raceways Postpones
Sprint Invaders from Sept. 19 to Sept. 26
QUINCY, IL (September 18) -
Quincy Raceways in conjunction with the Ideal Ready Mix Sprint
Invaders have made the very hard decision to postpone the Selby
Implement Company, Noxin Trucking Night at the Races scheduled for
Sunday, September 19 to Sunday, September 26.
Quincy Raceways September 19 Tries New Late Model Event
for Sept. 19.
QUINCY, IL (September 15)
- Quincy Raceways
will host the Budweiser Late Model Shootout paying $1000 to Win
and $175 to start for 15 or more cars or $700 to Win and $150 to start
for 14 or less cars on Sunday September 19. The rules for the Late
Model Shootout are designed in an effort to equalize competition
between several different engine and tire combinations from IMCA, UMP
and ULMA. If these rules are successful, they may be used for the
remaining scheduled events at Quincy Raceways in the 2010 extended
season. The rules may be adjusted following this event pending the
outcome of competition within the Sept. 19 event.
Those rules for the Sept. 19th Late Model Shootout are as
follows:

Quincy Raceways will be hosting the Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders
in their next to last point’s race for the 2010 season on Sunday,
Sept. 19 along with the Miller LIte UMP Modifieds racing for $500 to
Win and UMP Points, Triple R Performance Engines IMCA Stock Cars $400
to Win and NO IMCA Points, and the Tim’s Machine Shop Hobby Stocks for
$250 to Win.
Adults tickets are $15, Seniors $12, Students 11-15 $10, Kids 10 and
under are Free, Family Pass (2 Adults & 2 Students) is $40, a savings
of $10 over that night’s ticket prices. The Pit Passes will cost $25

took feature event wins at Quincy Raceways on Sunday August 22 during
Best Buy of Quincy Night at the Races.
Quincy Raceways Extends 2010 Race Season
August 18 - Quincy Raceways owners, Tony Rhinberger and Paul
Holtschlag have announced the extension of the 2010 race season. In an
effort to make up some of the race nights that were cancelled due to
weather conditions earlier in the year the race season has been
extended into the middle of October. All Season Grandstand and Pit
Passes will be good for any of the events listed on the following
schedule. An earlier start time will take effect starting with the
Sept. 12 Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders appearance. Some additions to
race events on this extended schedule may also be on tap, so watch for
details to be released.

QUINCY, IL (August 1, 2010) -
Jason Perry, Michael Long, Abe Huls and Bobby Anders all took home
feature event wins during the Advance Trading & Heetco Night at the
Races on Sunday August 1 at Quincy Raceways. After being rained out
for two consecutive weeks leading up to Sunday night, Quincy Raceways
was able to finally get a race night in the books even if track
conditions were not the very best.
Too Much Water, Too Much Mud Cancels Quincy Raceways
for July 25, 2010
3.25 inches of rain on Saturday night have forced the cancellation of
the Advance Trading Heetco Night at the Races for Sunday, July 25,
2010 at Quincy Raceways. The next few weeks schedule has been revised
with Heetco and Advance Trading Night being on Sunday, Aug. 1, The
Budweiser/Rinella Distributing Noxin Trucking Night on Sunday, Aug. 8,
and Albertson Auto Body and Terrible’s Mark Twain Casino Fan
Appreciation Night at the Races on Sunday, Aug. 15. The Blessing
Health System Salute to Industry Night will be moved to Sunday, Aug. 1
on the Advance Trading Heetco Night at the Races.

An early morning storm dropped over an inch of
rain at Quincy Raceways creating an unmanageable mud problem at the
race track known as the Broadway Bullring bringing about the
cancellation of racing action for Sunday, July 18, 2010.. The Advance
Trading Night at the Races as now been rescheduled for Sunday, July 25
along with Mark Twain Casino Night at the Races featuring the Kids
Nickel Dash.

Jeep Arrives Late but Gets
in Time to Win Summer Nationals at Quincy
QUINCY. IL (July 11) - Jeep
Van Wormer had tire problems on his hauler in Lincoln, Illinois on his
way to Quincy Raceways for the $5000 to Win UMP Summer Nationals on
Sunday, July 11 but it did
not slow him down as he set second quick time in his group without
even hot lapping before qualifying, too his heat race win and went on
to take his fourth “Hell Tour” feature event win of the season.

QUINCY, IL (April 11, 2010) -
With fifty Deery Brothers Summer Series drivers checked in to do
battle on the “Broadway Bullring” in Quincy, Illinois you knew it was
going to be a great night of racing to open the 2010 racing season and
the racers made it a whale of a night.
Quincy Raceways Cancels Opening Night, April 4, 2010
Quincy, Il (April 4) - Too much rain has left the pit area unusable
and with more rain forecast for Sunday April 4, the 2010 opening night
racing action has been cancelled at Quincy Raceways. Two more practice
sessions have been scheduled for Thursday and Friday, April 8 and 9
starting at 6:00pm.
The next scheduled event at Quincy Raceways is on Sunday, April 11
highlighted by the Deery Brothers Summer Series for the IMCA Late
Models. A great field of cars is expected with at least 40 plus
drivers expected to be in attendance. This will also be the opening
night for points racing in the Miller Lite UMP Modifieds, Triple R
Performance Engines IMCA Stock Cars and the Tim’s Machine Shop Hobby
Stocks. Pit Gates open at 3, Grandstands at 4, Drivers Meeting at
